Intermediate Program

The Intermediate Program is the logical next step for singers. We begin defining more detailed vocal diction, musical expression, and stage presence as we continue to work on strengthening the diaphragm through breathing exercises. This level often includes singing in languages other than English and we continue to building on breathing techniques, reading music and more.

Beginner Program

The Beginner Program is ideal for most young students (Age 6-up) and is the most recommended starting point for most students. The carefully graded, logical learning sequence assures steady, continual progress. The gradual multi-key approach takes students through all 12 keys -- 3 in each of Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. Students who complete the early beginner program may skip the Primer level and begin at Level 1. Each page is carefully correlated page-by-page with Theory, Performance, and Technic. Work is continued on pre-staff notation, the grand staff. Reading is presented with steps, skips, and repeated notes. All in all, a dynamic way to introduce students to the marvelous world of music!

Early Beginner Program

The early beginner program is a two level program perfect for 4-5 year old students (and some 3 year olds). This program begins with pre-staff notation, and proceeds to reading on the grand staff. The combination of original, folk, and seasonal songs, and full-color artwork makes learning a treat. Students who complete both levels of the early beginner program can skip the primer level of the beginner program.
